Responsibilities:
1, You should be responsible for the headset (noise cancellation , headband type) technology program development, continuous optimization of existing processes improvement;
2, You should be responsible for product R & D, production follow-up to the trial;
3, You should be responsible for new product process settings, station layout;
4,You should be responsible for customer application-related technical support, as well as all the offline verification process;
5, You should take part in product analysis and improvement of customer complaints.


Requirements:
1, Mechanical, bachelor degree , above 5 years headband type (or earphones, etc.) industry working experience, full-time;
2, You can be familiar with the process verification flow ,you can coordinate organize 4M (man, machine, material, method) related resources, you should familiar with improvement of the new product ; 
3, You should handle site technical, you should skillfully use the  tools of solving problems.
